Author Visit

Lawdale kicked off book week a little early this year as we had the wonderful Chitra Soundar visit us.

A wonderful day learning about what inspired Chitra to write and lovely stories from her childhood.

The children were then able to attend workshops with Chitra, where they worked on poetry, celebrations and all things writing.

A huge thank you to Chitra Soundar for such a fabulous day. Our children really enjoyed meeting you, a wonderful inspiration for our aspiring writers. we hope you had a wonderful time too!
