School Uniform

School uniform is compulsory at Lawdale Junior School.  We expect all children to wear school uniform which consist of the following:

• Smart TROUSERS or SKIRTS/PINAFORE DRESS in black or grey
• Dark navy blue CARDIGAN or JUMPER – with or without the schools logo on it. School logo can be ironed or sewn onto the clothing.
• Plain white SHIRT or POLO SHIRT.

Children must bring their PE Kit into school. PE kit consist of the following:

• Light blue t-shirt. Some are available to purchase from the office.
• Black shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms.
• Plimsolls or trainers.

School Uniform can be purchased at reasonable cost at most local stores e.g. Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s and Asda. All new starters will receive a school logo, a water bottle and a school rucksack free of charge. Year’s 4, 5 and 6 have already been issued book bags that they can continue to use.

• Swimming hat £2.00
• Swimming Kit can be loaned for £3.00 (only if the child forgets their kit)
