School Advisory Services
School Advisory Services, the schools insurers, provide all school staff with physical and mental health support to aid wellbeing.
Every aspect of the wellbeing wheel illustrated below is available to all staff.
Workstation Assessment
All staff members who use a computer, laptop, or tablet as a regular part of their daily work are required to complete a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) workstation assessment every year.
- Why it matters: This mandatory annual check helps you review your posture, chair adjustments, screen height, and overall environment to minimize health risks.
Specialist Support for Complex Needs
We recognise that a standard setup does not fit everyone. For staff members with disabilities, ongoing medical conditions, or complex ergonomic requirements, we provide tailored support:
- A professional ergonomic assessor will carry out a comprehensive personal assessment.
- This specialist review ensures that any necessary equipment, adjustments, or specialist furniture are provided to meet your specific requirements.
Relaxa
Relaxa is a corporate wellness service company. They have provided our staff with health screening. The company also deliver courses and services on health management.
Occupational Health - Health Management Hub
Our staff have access to occupational health to help manage work during and after illness and medical situations.
Flu Vaccine
The school offers flu vaccination to all staff in house.
