This year we have become an active participant in the School Games Programme, which is designed to put physical activity, school sports, and PE at the heart of schools. The programme has provided opportunities for pupils at Lawdale, across all year groups, to take part in various sporting events and competitions along with other schools across Tower Hamlets. These have included tennis, cricket, football, and sitting volleyball. Our participation in these events and competitions, along with developing our own offer of physical activity in the school, has led to us receiving the Bronze Award for 2025/26.
